Digital Products & Services

Since we provide digital products and customized software/services, refunds are generally not applicable once the project has begun or files have been delivered.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be approved only if:

• Work has not started after payment

• Service delivery is not as described

• Technical issues occur that cannot be resolved

Non-Refundable

• Completed projects

• Digital downloads

• Services already delivered or partially completed

• Third-party fees (hosting, domain, ads, API credits, etc.)

Cancellation Policy

Project cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or support. Approval will depend on the project stage.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days to the original payment method.
